Yesterday, we joined over two hundred publishers at the Admonsters Ops London conference, held at the Royal College of Surgeons in central London, where Jim presented alongside the former Managing Director of AdMob Europe. As part of his presentation, Jim disproved several fallacies commonly held by publishers who are not yet convinced that RTB can work in mobile (see excerpt below) and touched on the highly competitive CPMs on MoPub Marketplace. He also had the pleasure of introducing Russell Buckley, a former colleague at AdMob and good friend, as the closing keynote. Russell’s talk on “Advertising in the Post-PC Era” gave audiences some perspective on how mobile is actually usurping desktop in many verticals and the fundamental sources of disruption going forward.

Thanks to Russell for joining us, to the Admonsters team for another great event, and to the UK-based publishers that gave us their attention and high quality questions!
