A highlight for our engineering team last week was the opportunity to represent Google AppEngine in the Developer Sandbox at Google I/O last week. We were invited by the AppEngine product manager Sean Lynch to participate in the few short weeks leading up to the event and we scrambled to make sure we’d have an excellent presence there.

To that end we setup the MoPub banner and printed up some t-shirts, which were special edition for the Google IO conference. Android was of course a big featured presence at Google I/O this year, which underscores the overall growth of the platform.

In contrast to the AppNation show, we didn’t throw a happy hour or party. We let Google do that, since they can afford Dave Navarro (unlike us).

You can see more pictures of the conference on our Facebook page. .
