New and improved: Cross-promos with user targeting!

We’ve increasingly heard from publishers, both big and small, about the importance of displaying different ads to different segments of users. Specifically, they want the ability to cross-promote their apps with more ease and sophistication.
Our newly launched user targeting feature lets you easily specify segments of users that will (or will not) be shown an ad for each campaign. This feature is especially useful for promotional install campaigns where you may want to exclude users that already have certain apps installed. User targeting is also an easy way to draw inactive users back to an app they have already installed or to show third party ads that monetized more effectively for users that already use your app.
For example, if you would like to drive installs for the “Tic-tac-toe” application with a promotional campaign for users that do not currently have “Tic-tac-toe” installed, you would do the following:
2. Enter “Tic-tac-toe” in the field directly below
3. Select “Continue” to save your inputs
