With a booming app market and a rapidly growing list of Premier publishers, we’re continuing to hire new talent for our business development and account management teams. Most recently, Nishaa joins the New York City MoPub office and our superstar Account Management team to work with Premier MoPub publishers. John Egan, was formerly a MoPub user at Miniclip America, where he made himself familiar to the team with lots of helpful (and constant) product feedback. John joins the San Francisco MoPub office as a Director of Business Development, primarily covering the west coast. In their own words (mostly unedited):

Nishaa Tolani, Account Manager

My name is Nishaa Tolani. I grew up in Bangkok, Thailand and moved to New York when I was 18 to attend NYU. Clearly I love New York because I’ve been here ever since! After college, I worked in the consumer goods industry while simultaneously getting a certification in Digital Media Marketing at NYU. Shortly thereafter I joined Tremor Video, where I worked extensively on mobile campaigns. MoPub offers an exceptional product as well as a great working environment – I am extremely honored to be a part of the team. In my free time I enjoy all things music related as well as traveling. I look forward to working with the team and our awesome publishers!

John Egan, Director of Business Development

Hello there! My name is John Egan, I grew up in a military family and moved around quite a bit, so in the interest of brevity let’s just say I’m from Michigan. I love living and working in San Francisco. Ninety percent of my career has taken place here, and I had the great fortune of meeting my charming wife Cynthia in the city. This is a vibrant, passionate, exciting place to be, and the MoPub team is a great reflection of those qualities. I frequently amaze our younger team members with tales of navigating North Beach with a printed page from Mapquest, or of Asking Jeeves to find restaurant reviews on Internet Explorer with my Windows XP-powered desktop computer. Clouds were in the sky, and PDA meant Public Display of Affection. But it’s cool. I’m adaptable. Two kinds of clouds are way better than sky-only.

Much like The Hair Club For Men, I’m not only on the MoPub team, but I’m also a client. I spent the last year building out the mobile ad offering for Miniclip, which uses the product for direct sales and monetizing many outstanding free games. I am all kinds of pumped up to be on this team. We’re talking RonRon from Jersey Shore pumped up; and in the spirit of Ronnie you can bet that MoPub will be crushing it. 24/7. Bro. (Drops mike. Walks away.)
